About This Project

A Saudi Red Sea Circular Trade Infrastructure Opportunity

The TBP Saudi Arabia Red Sea Project Ecosystem is proposed as an integrated offshore-onshore infrastructure framework. It begins with a controlled Red Sea open-sea demonstration, testing and training zone, progresses into ASMOFP™ fabrication and deployment, and scales into a Saudi Red Sea Maritime Corridor linked to ports, industrial zones, warehousing, processing, manufacturing, logistics and export activity.

1. Demonstrate and Validate

A 14 sq km controlled open-sea environment can validate TBP partner-aligned products, systems and services under real maritime conditions.

2. Deploy ASMOFP™ Clusters

ASMOFP™ offshore clusters can act as floating cargo exchange, transshipment and maritime service hubs across the Red Sea.

3. Capture Saudi Value

Saudi ports and industrial zones can capture value through shuttle fleets, port services, warehousing, processing, manufacturing and exports.

Core proposition

The project is not simply an offshore platform concept. It is a proposed Saudi Red Sea operating system: offshore transshipment, port services, shuttle fleets, industrial free zones, warehousing, processing, manufacturing, logistics and export activity working as one circular trade infrastructure ecosystem.
