About This Project

Overview

The European Union is at a turning point. In a world dominated by global giants, the EU must unlock the power of its greatest but most overlooked resource: small businesses. SMEs represent over 99% of EU enterprises, driving innovation and jobs, yet they remain largely excluded from trade agreements.

Breaking Barriers presents TBP’s solution: a €50 billion EU Small Business Free Trade Agreement, powered by the proprietary TBP Trade Agreement On D Go® and embedded within the Neo-Polar Neutrality System.

Traditional EU trade deals, worth more than €2 trillion, are defined by long negotiations, regulatory red tape, and outcomes shaped by large corporations and sectoral lobbies such as automotive giants, steel producers, and the French wine industry. SMEs are left waiting on the sidelines.

The Trade Agreement On D Go® changes this dynamic. By enabling real-time, monetary-value based agreements, SMEs can access global markets instantly within the TBP Neutral Global Trade Corridor — with zero tariffs, simplified compliance, and clear trade caps designed for entrepreneurs, not multinationals.

Crucially, the framework also opens Europe to the world. SMEs from China, South America, Africa, and beyond gain easier access to EU markets, fostering two-way trade, cultural exchange, and innovation sharing.

Though €50 billion represents just 2.5% of the EU’s current trade portfolio, it is transformative: the first major fund dedicated exclusively to SMEs. It is not incremental reform, but a blueprint for a new era of trade — one that shifts the EU from a slow-moving negotiator into a dynamic, inclusive, and globally competitive force.
